我国石油和化工产业自主创新能力评价及对策

摘要以中国科技统计年鉴(2006)以及"2006年度大中型工业企业自主创新统计资料"为依据,设置了一套有针对性的指标体系,并基于事实型数据对我国石油和化工产业及其子行业的科技研发活动进行了统计分析,分别从进行科技活动的企业分布、科技活动投入产出情况以及技术获取情况等方面对产业自主创新能力进行了科学评价,并在此分析基础上为有关决策管理机构促进产业科技进步和技术创新方面提供有价值的政策建议。

Abstract： According to China statistical yearbook on science and technology(2006)"Statistical Data on Independent Innovation of Chinese Big and Medium Sized Industrial Enterprises" promulgated by the Bureau of National Statistic,the R&D activities of petrochemical industry and their sub-industries under a set of appraisal index system,were evaluated and the independent innovation ability of these industries were analyzed based on real data.Furthermore,suggestion were provided to the relative administrative institutes in reinforcing the independent innovation ability in petrochemical industry.
