摘要 在微波辐射条件下,研究了HZSM-5为催化剂的多相催化酯化法合成乙酸丁酯的反应。探讨了催化剂用量、微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间和吸水剂用量对反应的影响。在适宜的反应条件下:V(乙酸)/V(正丁醇)=1.6,HZSM-5分子筛为0.094g/mL(以乙酸计),微波辐射功率640W,微波辐射时间30min,吸水剂(氯化钙)0.375g/mL(以乙酸计),酯收率达98.7%。

Abstract: The synthesis of butyl acetate from acetic acid and n-butanol over HZSM-5 catalyst under the condition of microwave irradiation has been studied. The effects of amount of catalyst, microwave power, radiation time and amount of water absorbent were investigated. Under the suitable conditions, i.e., the volume ratio of acetic acid to n-butanol of 1.6, the amount of HZSM-5 of 0.094 g/mL (calculated based on acetic acid), the microwave irradiation power of 640 W, the microwave irradiation time of 30 min and the amount of calcium chloride of 0.375 g/mL (calculated based on acetic acid), the yield of butyl acetate could reach 98.7%.
