Abstract:
Effects of composing method on the performance of CuO-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5 catalyst for dimethyl ether synthesis from CO2 hydrogenation were investigated. Among the catalyst samples prepared with different methods, such as sepoarate package, complex package, drymixing, wetmixing, coprecipitationsedimentation and coprecipitationimpregnation, the catalyst prepared with drymixing method showed better catalytic performance for DME synthesis. As preparing composed catalyst, the two kinds of active center should contact tightly so that they could cooperate with one another, but they could not be covered with one another to avoid producing nonactive species.
