摘要 

采用两步法在α-Al2O3载体上合成了致密连续的beta分子筛膜。首先,晶种层在无氟碱性体系中生长并交联形成致密的beta膜;然后,在含氟的近中性体系中再次生长形成具有(h0l)取向的分子筛膜,膜厚度约为3 μm。在450℃高温脱除模板剂以后,将膜进行单组分渗透蒸发实验。实验结果表明采用两步法合成的beta分子筛膜几乎无缺陷。

Abstract

An improved two-step method was introduced to prepare zeolite beta membranes, by which the seeding layer was firstly spin-coated on α-Al2O3 support and then it was crystallization in synthesis gel without fluoride and flowed with fluoride at 140℃ for 7 days successively. The beta zeolite membrane with thickness of about 3 μm is smooth and continuous, prefering to (h0l) orientation, covering the support completely and grasping the support firmly. After removing the organic template under 450℃, the quality of the membranes was evaluated by means of pervaporation tests. The experiments suggested that the membranes almost had no defects.
