摘要 研究了电解法制备钾汞齐合成甲醇钾的工艺。试验结果表明:钾汞齐浓度对电流效率影响最大,电解温度影响最小。电解生成汞齐的最适宜条件是:温度20 ℃、钾汞齐质量分数0.2 %、电解液碳酸钾溶液的浓度1 mol/L、阴极电流密度1.6 kA/m2,电解时间10 min以上。此条件下电解产生的钾汞齐可以与甲醇在60 ℃、催化剂质量分数0.5 %的条件下反应10 min,生产出高纯度甲醇钾。

Abstract: A process for preparation of the potassium methylate with the potassiummercury amalgam produced via an electrolytic process was studied. The experimental results showed that the most important factor influencing the current efficiency was the potassium’s content of amalgam potassium while the least one was the electrolytic temperature. The obtained optimum reaction conditions were electrolytic temperature 20 ℃, potassium’s content of amalgam potassium 0.2 %, molar concentration of potassium carbonate solution1 mol[DK]/L, cathode current density 1.6 kA/m2, electrolytic time more than 10 minutes. Highpurity potassium methylate was prepared using amalgam potassium under the optimum reaction conditions as follows: temperature 60 ℃, the weight ratio of catalyst to potassium amalgam 0.5 %, the reaction time 10 minutes.
