摘要 用溶胶凝胶法制备了一系列的La2NiO4型氧化物催化剂,考察了其同时催化还原脱除NOx和碳烟颗粒的性能,结果表明未改性的La2NiO4具有较好的催化活性,300 ℃时NO的转化率可达42%,选择性为54%,氧气对于目标反应具有一定的促进作用。为了考察A、B位掺杂改性对其催化性能的影响,分别对A位进行了Sr、Ba掺杂,B位进行了Mn、Fe掺杂,研究表明A、B掺杂改性会起到不同的作用,A位改性主要影响反应的选择性,B位改性主要影响反应的温度。A位Sr改性可以提高催化剂的催化活性和选择性,300 ℃时NO的转化率从42%提高到64%,选择性从54%提高到69%。

Abstract: A series of La2NiO4 type oxides were prepared by the citric acid complexion, and their catalytic performance for simultaneous catalytic removal of NOx and diesel soot particulates were investigated. The results indicate that unsubstituted La2NiO4 show good catalytic activity, the NO conversion is 42%, and the selectivity is 54%, oxygen plays an important role in the title reaction. In order to analyze the effect of A,B site substitution, we substituted a certain amount of La for Sr, Ba at Asite, and a certain amount of Ni for Mn, Fe at Bsite. The results indicated that A,B site substitution had different effect on the title reaction, Asite substituent would mainly influence the selectivity of the reaction, Bsite substituent would mainly influence the reaction temperature range. Substituting a certain amount of La for Sr could enhance the catalytic activity and selectivity, for LaSrNiO4, the NO conversion increased from 42% to 64%, meanwhile, the selectivity increased from 54% to 69% at 300 ℃.
