摘要 研究了采用氮气充压控制精馏塔操作压力的控制方法。氮气充压系统主要由恒压罐、正压罐和负压罐构成,其中恒压罐与精馏塔塔顶相连。首先通过理论比较了氮气充压新方法和传统冷却介质调节法,表明新方法的恒压作用更加快速可靠。试验考察了氮气充压系统的可行性及压力波动调节的灵敏度和可靠性,并且进行了新方法的微正压精馏过程的压力控制试验,结果表明新方法调节灵敏,恒压稳定。

Abstract: Nitrogen charging system was discussed as a control method for distillation pressure control. It is consisted of three parts, constant pressure, positive pressure and negative pressure parts, where constant pressure part is connected to the top of distillation column. Experimental results showed that the new method was more prompt and reliable. The feasibility, sensitivity and reliability of the nitrogen charging control system were verified through experiments, also application of this control method to distillation micropositive pressure control was carried out in experiments, and results showed that nitrogen charging control method was more sensitive and stable.
