摘要 2-甲基-6-酰基萘是聚酯PEN的前体,其合成方法对PEN的发展具有重要的意义。以三氯化铁和氯化锌2种路易斯酸为催化剂,考察反应时间、反应温度对2甲基萘酰基化催化性能的影响。试验结果表明三氯化铁催化剂对2甲基萘的酰基化具有较好的催化效果,在反应温度为25 ℃,反应时间为5 h时目的产物的收率可达84%,且过高的温度会导致大量副产物的生成,降低产率,而反应时间的长短对产物的选择性无较大影响。根据试验结果,得出了合成目的产物的适宜操作条件。

Abstract: 2-Methyl-6-acyl naphthalene is the precursor of polyester PEN. By the two Louis acid catalyst including ferric chloride and zinc chloride, the influence of the reaction time and reaction temperature on catalytic characteristics of 2-methylnaphthalene acidylation were discussed. The experimental results show that chlorideferric chloride has better catalytic effect and the yield of production is 84% at 25 ℃ and 5 hours. When the temperature is too high, it leads to a large number of byproducts, and decreases the production rate. Moreover, the reaction time has little influence on the selectivity of products. According to the experimental results, the appropriate operating conditions of synthesis target product were obtained.
