摘要 本文研究了油包水(W/O)乳液中群青粒子微胶囊化的机理,并探讨了粒子表面分形维数与其表面形貌的关系。结果表明,在W/O乳液中群青粒子进入乳液的液珠内形成“微型反应器”,使微胶囊化反应在液珠内的群青粒子表面进行,形成硅胶囊膜,有效地提高了群青的耐酸性;粒子的表面分维可量化表征粒子的表面形貌,群青粒子表面分形维数的大小可用于说明群青耐酸性的强弱

Abstract: In this paper,microencapsulation mechanism of ultramarine particles in W/O emulsion was investigated.We made an approach to the relationship between surface fractal dimensionality(D) and surface shape of particles.The results show:In W/O emulsion, ultramarine particles get into aqueous beads of emulsion , forming “microreactor”. The reaction of microencapsulation takes place on the surface of particles in beads of W/O emulsion, which forms membrane of silicagel capsule,and the acid-resistance of ultramarine can be effectively improved. Shape of particle surface can be quantitatively characterized by surface fractal dimensionality.Value D may be used for explaining acid-reistance of ultramarine.
