2,4,6-三溴丙烯酸苯酯的合成

摘要研究了以２，４，６－三溴苯酚、丙烯酸、三氯化磷为基本原料，通过分步法合成２，４，６－三溴丙烯酸苯酯的方法，并通过正交实验和单因素优化找到了适宜的工艺条件。对所得产品进行了分析测试，确定了产品是目的产品。并给出了产品的熔点、折光率、溴含量、分子量、分子结构及纯度等的测定值。

Abstract： he synthesis method of 2,4,6-tribromophenyl acrylate with 2,4,6-tribromophenol,acrylic acid and phosphorus trichloride as raw materials are studied.By orthogonal tests and single factor optimization,the proper technological conditions are determined.The results of analysis and assay show that the expected product is obtained.The values of melting point,refractive index,bromine content,molecular weight,molecular constitution and fineness of product are also given.
