膨胀炭质层物相结构的X射线衍射研究

摘要采用Ｘ射线衍射技术，对膨胀型防火涂料经过大板燃烧后所形成的炭质层的物相结构进行了系统研究。研究结果表明：在膨胀炭质层中，除存在无定形炭以外，还存在一种对基材的防火起较大作用的化合物——焦磷酸钛。

Abstract： By X ray diffraction technology,phase structure of carbonaceous char being formed in the process of combustion of intumescent coating has been studied systematically.The results show that,beside amorphous carbon,in the structure of expanding carbonaceous char,there is also titanium pyrophosphate which plays an important role in the fire proof function of intumescent coating.
