摘要 本文应用多种测试手段对两种不同方法制备的V-P-O催化剂进行了表征,并对其用于丁烷氧化制顺酐的催化活性进行了评价。实验表明,制备方法对催化剂的相组成、孔径分布、比表面积等有明显影响,但对其形貌的影响不大。实验还表明,(VO)_2P_2O_7相是正丁烷氧化制顺酐催化剂的活性相。孔径在100—2000(?)的孔容增多,有利于提高催化剂的活性。

Abstract: Two V-P-O catalysts used for production of maleic anhydride from normal butane were prepared in different ways and thoroughly investigated. The results shows that the preparation method significantly causes the change of phase composition, pore size distribution and specific surface area, but has little effect on its morphology. It was discovered that the active phase of the catalyst for oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride is just the phase(VO)_2 P_2O_7, and increase of pore volume with pore size100~2000A is advantageous to its catalytic activity.
