封闭异氰酸酯固化含羟基羧基聚酯树脂的研究

摘要本文以动态热重分析(TGA)研究了氨酯固化型含羟基羧基聚酯树脂用ε-己内酰封闭甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)三聚体的解封闭动力学;且考察了聚酯树脂对解封闭动力学参数的影响。结合差示扫描量热(DSC)数据研究提出了解封闭及树脂固化机理。

Abstract： Deblocking kinetics of toluene diisocyaaate trimer blocked with ε-caprolactam was studied via dynamic thermogravimetric analyse. The inluence of polyester containing hydroxy and carboxy groups on kinetic parameter was estimated as well. Combined with data from differential scanning calorimetry, mechanismon deblocking and curing reaction was put forward.
