摘要 选用锌(或铜)、的氨络合液、铜(或锌)的硝酸盐溶液、氢氧化铝做原料,在料液搭配、中和沉淀等操作条件对催化剂的结构和性能的影响方面进行了研究。实验结果表明,中和法不仅可以避开硝酸法洗Na~+和蒸氨法蒸氨过程的缺点,具有操作简便的优点,而且能够得到性能更为优良的催化剂,是一个具有广阔应用前景的制备CO低温变换Cu-Zn-Al系催化剂曲新方法。

Abstract: The effect of preparation factors on the structure and catalytic properties has been studied. The experimental results show that, under proper condition for preparation the catalyst has higher activity and better thermal stability. Comporing to the catalyst obtained by other two preparation methods, no Na~+-washing operation was needed and the period of NH_3-evaporating process was shortened. An industrial catalyst which has highes activity and better thermal stability has been prepared.
