Abstract�� In the medium of sodium teiraborate-sodium hydroxide buffer,the flow inje-ction aanlysis for determination of trace amount of Cu(��) based on the catalytic action of Cu(��) on the oxidation of acid black 10B with hydrogen peroxide has been established.The linear range of determination is 0��50ng/mL and 50��300ng /mL Cu(��).The limit of detection is 3ng/mL.The relative standard deviation is 1.62%(n=10).30 samples could be injected pen hour.This method was succes-sfully applied to the determination of Cu(��) contained in iron ore and aluminum alloy.
