Abstract�� In this paper detail research on the formula and synthetic technology conditions of self crosslinking cathodic electrodeposition coating was made,which based on epoxy resin as the matrix with acrylic monomers grafting and copolymerization.The factors containing the epoxy value,ratios of acrylic monomers,temperature and time of copolymerization reaction as well as organic amine were determined.The effects of the conditions on the properties of resin and film were discussed.
