摘要 基于甲苯三氧化硫磺化反应工艺的需要 ,设计了一种分布式多喷嘴新型结构的上喷式环流反应器。测定了表观气速 ,单位体积功耗、静液位和两相喷嘴结构分布等对反应器平均整体气含率的影响。在试验数据的基础上 ,得到了各参数间的关联式。结果表明 ,分布式喷嘴结构可获得较佳性能。

Abstract: Demanded by the technology of sulfonating reaction with SO 3,a new type up jet loop reactor(JLR) with multi ejector was designed.The effect of apparent velocity of gas,power dissipation,static liquid height and the structure of the two phase ejetors on the global average gas hold up was investigaaated experimentally.Based on the experimental data,the relational expression of the gas hold up with parameters has been obtained.It was proved that the structure of the ejectors distributed evenly performs better.
