Abstract:
Demanded by the technology of sulfonating reaction with SO 3,a new type up jet loop reactor(JLR) with multi ejector was designed.The effect of apparent velocity of gas,power dissipation,static liquid height and the structure of the two phase ejetors on the global average gas hold up was investigaaated experimentally.Based on the experimental data,the relational expression of the gas hold up with parameters has been obtained.It was proved that the structure of the ejectors distributed evenly performs better.
