摘要 研究了铜阻抑过硫酸钾氧化甲基红褪色反应 ,应用动力学光度法原理测定铜。试验表明 ,在酸性介质中 ,其体系灵敏度得以提高 ,建立了反催化动力学光度法测定铜的新体系最佳测定条件。其检出限为 8 349× 1 0 - 12 g mL。方法选择性高 ,一定量的常见离子不干扰测定 ,可用于测定发样、水样和豆样中的铜

Abstract: A decatalytic spectrophotometric method based on a copper catalyzed redox reaction between K\-2S\-2O\-8 and methyl red has been developed for the determination of trace quantities of copper in the presence of H\-3PO\-4. The detection Limit for copper is 8 349×10 -12 g/mL and the linear range of determination is (0 01~0 08)μg/25mL. Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of trace copper in human hair, food samples and water samples.
