�ؼ���� Taxotere�� ׻��

Abstract�� Eight Taxotere side chain esters (2-hydroxy-3-phenyl-3-(t\|butyloxycarbonyloxyamino)proponates)(D) were synthesized by opening of the ring of 3-ethoxyethoxy-4-phenyl-2-azetidinone (B)in the presence of alcohol and NaHMDS followed by deprotection with AcOH.These are all new compounds.Their structures were confirmed by IR,\+1HNMR and elementary analysis.)
