Abstract�� A new method used for selecting Rhizopus lactics from soil is reported in this paper. It is to use acidic steamed bread pieces as enrichment medium which can enhance the selection efficiency of soil lactics by 75% and to select the Rhizopus lactics by bromocresol green agar plate and shaking tube make the quick detection of lactics possible.
