Abstract��
The uses and mechanism of ��-lactamase inhibitors were introduced. Three kinds of most widely used inhibitors-clavulanic acid,sulbactam and tazobactam were emphatically described,including their raw materials\,synthesis routine and so on. Their inhibitory activities were also compared here.
