Abstract�� Liquid diffusivities are the important paramenters in the study of mass transfer in gas-liquid,liquid-liquid and solid-liquid systems.Due to the imperfection of the theoretical prediction and empirical evaluation,the experimental methods have been paid considerable attention by the researchers in this field.Laser holographic interferometry is a new method in the modern optical measurement.This article introduces the application and progresses of holographic interferometry to the measurement of liquid diffusivities.
