摘要 为了考察自行设计的微波萃取器是否符合连续生产时流体流动的要求 ,用激光多普勒速度测量 (LDA)的方法测定了该萃取器内流体的沉降速度。着重考查了沉降速度在不同旋转度θ上的分布 ,并将测得的数据用Matlab软件编程序画出二维图。得到该萃取器应选用较大流量例如Q≥ 1 6 0L h的结论

Abstract: A totally new microwave-assisted extraction apparatus was designed. In order to know whether it is fit for the demand of continuous production, LAD(Laser Doppler Anemometer)method is used to measure settling velocity of the fluid in the apparatus. The paper is focused on the settling velocity of different rotation degree θ . 2-Dimention figures are drawn by software Matlab to illustrate the data measured by Dual PDA. The conclusion is arrived that flow Q ≥160L/h is suitable for this apparatus.
