Abstract�� The paper reviews the progress in study of catalysis in the catalytic Hydroxylation of Phenol by Hydrogen Peroxide and generatiges that the essential tendency of catalyst's development is from simple homogeneous form to compound heterogeneous supported form. It is suggested that based on economical Fe-based complex catalysts is the important type.
