Abstract: The volt-ampere characteristics of electrochemical oxidation of chromium(III) with lead dioxide in the sulfuric acid solution was studied by a three-electrode cell system.The experimental results showed that the electrochemical oxidation of chromium(III) was an indirect electrochemical oxidation process.The volt-ampere characteristics of electrochemical oxidation of chromium(III) was the electrochemical oxidation of H 2O on the lead dioxide.
