摘要 聚丙烯酸酯乳液是一大类容易制备、性能忧良、应用广泛且符合环保要求的聚合物乳液。本文系统地讨论了丙烯酸酯类共聚物乳液合成的配方设计,如单体、引发剂、乳化剂、pH调节剂、链转移剂以及保护胶体等微量组份的性质、在制备过程中所起的作用以及对制备所得共聚物乳液结果的影响;阐述了核壳乳液聚合、无皂乳液聚合、有机-无机复合乳液聚合、基团转移聚合、互穿网络聚合以及微乳液聚合与超微乳聚合等新型丙烯酸酯类共聚物乳液聚合技术;并简要介绍了丙烯酸酯类共聚物乳液在建筑涂料及胶粘剂领域的应用。

Abstract: Polyacrylate emulsion is a kind of preparing easily and applying widely copolymerical emulsion with excellent performances, which can accord with the demands of environmental protection. In this paper the auhors discuss the formulation design of synthesizing acrylate copolymerical emulsion systemically, such as various property of monomers, emulsifiers,initiators, chain transfer reagents, pH adjuSt additives and other additives, their actions and their effects on the performances of acrylate copolymerical emulsion during synthesis. Synthetic technologies such as core-shell emulsion polymerization, free-soap emulsion polymerization,organic-inorganic incombination emulsion po1ymerization, group transfer polymerization,interpenetrating netWork polymerization, micro-emulsion polymerization and super micro-emulsion polymerization and some other new polymerization technologies and applications in building coatings and adhesives of acrylate copolymeric emulsion are summarized in this paper. 
