摘要 在内径为25mm的不锈钢填料塔中,以叔丁醇脱水生成异丁烯为反应体系,采用细粉状的的强酸性离子交换树脂做催化剂,使其与液相形成浆料在塔内流动,考察了催化剂含量、操作压力、进料组成等条件对过程的影响,在选定的试验条件下,叔丁醇的转化率可达99 99%。

Abstract: A novel catalytic distillation process is studied on the dehydration of tertbutyl alcohol as a model reaction in which a particulate catalyst is slurried in one of the reactant streams and fed into a distillation column reactor which is packed with θ rings. For the dehydration of tertbutyl alcohol,the fine particles of acid cation exchange resin are used as catalyst. The effects of catalyst concentration,operating pressure and feed composition on the conversion ratio of tertbutyl alcohol are experimentally investigated. The experimental results show that the conversion ratio of tertbutyl alcohol can come up to 9999%.
