摘要 载体表面的预处理对沸石膜的合成有很大的影响,本文采用不同浓度的氢氟酸和氢氧化钠对不同类型的硅铝陶瓷载体进行化学预处理。结果发现载体经110℃和7mol L的氢氧化钠溶液处理1h;室温下经40%(质量分数)的氢氟酸处理5min,再经四乙基溴化胺(TEABr)处理之后,所得的表面改性为沸石膜的合成提供了最佳的预处理条件。

Abstract: Influence of the pretreatment in surfaces of supports on synthesis of zeolite beta membranes is enormous.The hydrofluoric acid and sodium hydroxide with different concentrations are used to treat various silicon-aluminum ceramic supports chemically in this paper. A series of conclusions are drawn:it takes one hour to treat surfaces of supports in 110 degrees centigrade and it does five minutes to treat surfaces of supports in 25 degrees centigrade.This is the optimal treatment condition.
