Abstract�� A brief survey is presented on the recent fundamental research and application of reversed micellar extraction.It is also concluded that,as a novel medium for enzyme catalysed reaction,reversed micelle has remarkable advantages and features.On the basis of results obtained in many researches, the application of reversed micelle,the activity and stability of enzyme in reversed micelle are introduced.
