摘要 对内蒙煤系高岭土的煅烧进行了研究。考察了煅烧温度对内蒙煤系高岭土结构及其氧化铝浸出率的影响。研究发现内蒙煤系高岭土在70 0~90 0℃煅烧,可以保持活性较高的偏高岭土结构,其中75 0℃左右煅烧后进行酸处理,可以获得高的氧化铝浸出率。

Abstract: The calcination of Kaolinite of Inner Mongolia was analyzed.Effect of different calcination temperature on structure and extraction ratio of alumina from Kaolinite of Inner Mongolia was studied in this article. It was found that high active sub-Kaolinite can be obtained when calcination temperature ranged from 700 ℃ to 900 ℃. High extraction ratio of alumina can be got when Kaolinite of Inner Mongolia was treated by acid after it was calcined at about 750 ℃.
