摘要 介绍了趋磁性细菌(MTB)的磁特性,依据MTB的培养方法对取回的活性污泥进行了三种不同培养条件下的富集,培养了一个月后,用MPN法测了三种污泥中MTB的量,结果表明,微好氧条件下MTB的量最多。用三种污泥分别吸附Pb2 + 、Cr3 + 、Cu2 + 和Zn2 + ,结果表明,微好氧培养条件下的污泥吸附的效果最好,去除率几乎达到10 0 %。对Cr6+ 、Fe3 + 、Fe2 + 和Ni2 + 也有较好的去除效果。

Abstract: This article introduces the magnetic characteristics of magnetotactic bacteria (MTB). And according to different method, the active sludge was cultivated enrichment firstly, then biosorption of heavy metal ions was carried out with the activated sludge cultivated by three different culture conditions.The result indicated that it would be effective that the activated sludge was cultivated on the condition of micro aerobe, and the number of MTB is also more than the others. The total removals of Pb~(2+),Cr~(3+),Cu~(2+) and Zn~(2+) were nearly 100%. And biosorption of Cr~(6+),Fe~(3+),Fe~(2+) and Ni~(2+) was also carried out and the reduction was well.
