Abstract�� Composite conductive powder was prepared by the chemical coprecipitation of SnO_2 and Sb_2O_3 on TiO_2 powder.The effects on the characterization of the conductive powder were studied in preparing process.The result showed that the powder's volumetric electric resistivity is 76.14 ����cm and the size of conductive powder ��1.5 ��m,when the molar ratio of TiO_2,SnCl_4 and SbCl_3 is 54.0��7.5��1.0,pH value of hydrolysis solution is 1.5,hydrolysis temperature is 50.0 �� and calcinations temperature is 700.0 ��.
