利迪链霉菌转运蛋白基因片段的克隆

摘要转运蛋白在调控基因的作用下,完成将包括大分子量蛋白在内的多种物质跨膜转运的过程,在细胞的生理过程中起到重要的作用。将获得的利迪链霉菌的转运蛋白基因与其他放线菌的转运蛋白基因进行了同源性分析,探讨了基因的进化关系。

Abstract： Transport protein transfers large molecules including proteins through plasma membranes and is very important in cell biological activity.In this paper,the homology of transport proteins of Streptomyces lydicus and other Actionmycetales bacteria is analysed and their evolutional relation is discussed.
