Abstract�� Span-60,Tween-60 and cationic emulsifier A were used as wax emulsifier.The factors on the quality of the wax emulsion such as the quantity of emulsifier,emulsifying temperature,emulsifying time and stirring speed were studied. The optimum emulsifying conditions of preparing cationic wax emulsion were determined by experiment.The result shows that stable cationic wax emulsion can be prepared when the quantity of emulsifier is 20% by wax,emulsifying temperature is 85 �桪90 ��,emulsifying time is 50 min and stirring speed is 300 r/min.
