摘要 采用金属诱导化学镀(MIEP)法分别制备了非负载型和负载型NiCoB双金属非晶态合金催化剂,并用XRDI、CP和TEM等方法表征了催化剂的结构、组成和形貌等。在以环丁烯砜加氢为探针的反应中考察了催化剂的催化活性。试验结果表明,采用MIEP法制备的双金属NiCoB催化剂,与工业用骨架镍及单金属NiB催化剂相比,具有更加优良的催化活性和更高的初始加氢速率。

Abstract: The unsupported and supported NiCoB bimetal amorphous alloy catalysts were prepared by metal inducing electroless plating(MIEP) method.XRD,ICP and TEM techniques were used to characterize their structure,composition and morphology.Hydrogenation of sulfolene was selected as the probe reaction to investigate their catalytic performance.The results showed that NiCoB bimetal catalysts had better catalytic activity and faster initial velocity of hydrogenation,compared to industrial Raney-Ni catalysts and NiB catalysts.
