�ؼ���� 2�� 7��-��-��ӫ�� ӫ��(FITC) �ϳ� ��

Abstract�� Fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC) is an important fluorescence probe.In this paper 2��,7��-dichloride-5(6)-fluorescein isothiocyanate was obtained from 4-nitrophthalic acid,4-chloride-resoreinol and zinc chloride through condensation,reduction and isothiocyanatation in a total yield of 34.78%.The structure of the products were characterized by()~1H NMR,()~(13)C NMR,IR and MS,and the fluorescent properties of the products were determined.The results showed the fluorescent properties of the products were prior to that of FITC.
