Abstract�� Low-voltage preparative electrochromatography,as an effective bioseparation method,has been developed for its theoretical research and practical application since its appearance.In this paper,the instrument design of preparative electrochromatography,the conditions of solid and mobile phase and separated objects are reviewed.The separation mechanism and model description of preparative electrochromatography were introduced.The main problems in the research were summarized and the future of this technology was prospected.
