Abstract�� Poly(N-benzyl-4-vinylpyridinium Chloride)(PVP) is new class of antibacterial molecules with high activity and low toxicity.This article describes the synthesis,purification and the antibacterial activities of PVP under various experimental conditions.The results show that the changes of the factors such as temperature,solution condition etc,have important effect on antibacterial activities of PVP.
