摘要 采用AlCl3固载方法制备了AlCl3/HM催化剂,并将其用于萘的烷基化反应中。考察了不同萘醇摩尔比、物料空速、反应温度对萘的异丙基化反应的影响,并比较了固载AlCl3前后HM催化剂的性能变化,确定了在微分反应器中最佳的反应条件。在分子筛上固载AlCl3方法很有可能在未来成为Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应中的重要催化剂。

Abstract: Immobilization of AlCl_3 on H/mordenite(HM) had been carried out.The catalytic properties of the immobilized catalyst systems for isopropylation of naphthalene were studied and compared with the catalytic performance of AlCl_3/HM and HM. The influence of the ratio of naphthalene to isopropanol,WHSV and reaction temperature were investigated for this reaction.The optimum conditions of this reaction in fixed-bed flow reactor were obtained.Immobilization of aluminum chloride on mesoporous silica is a promising way of developing alternative catalyst system for Friedel-Crafts alkylation reactions.
