摘要 根据趋磁性细菌的特性,对活性污泥进行了微好氧条件下的富集,培养一个月后,对趋磁性细菌进行电镜观察,测定了混合菌的生长曲线。在一定条件下进行的趋磁性细菌吸附Pb2+的试验表明,趋磁性细菌对Pb2+的吸附效果很好,去除率几乎达到100%,其吸附过程能很好地符合Langmiur吸附模型。

Abstract: The magnetic characteristics of magnetotactic bacteria(MTB) were introduced.Biosorption of plumbum(Ⅱ) was carried out with the activated sludge cultivated by the micro aerobe culture conditions for 1 month.At the same time,MTB was observed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM).The growing curve of MTB was measured also.The result indicated that MTB would be effective to(adsorb) Pb~(2+) when the activated sludge was cultivated on the micro aerobe condition.The total removal of Pb~(2+) was nearly 100%.The adsorption data were followed by Langmuir model.
