Abstract�� The reason of membrane pollution in nanofiltrate-concentration of 2-keto-L-gulonic acid was analysed.Chemical cleaning agent for nanofiltrate membrane was chosen and the effect of the kinds of cleaning agent on recovering ratio of membrane flux was examined.SEM was used to analyse the cleaning efficiency qualitatively.Results showed the recovering ratio of flux was 97.8% when cleaning agent S-001 was chosen.
