Abstract�� Polyimide(PI)was prepared using ODA and BTDA as monomer by a two-stage synthesis method.PI/TiO_2-SiO_2 composite materials was successfully prepared by sol-gel method,Ti(OBu)_4 and TEOS were added into the intermediate product of polyamic acid,no water and coupler were added in the process.The structure of nanoparticles and nanocomposites were investigated by means of IR,XRD,TGA,TEM and SEM.The results indicated that nanoparticles of TiO_2 and SiO_2 were dispersed well,and the thermal stability of PI/TiO_2-SiO_2 composite materials was better than those of pure PI and PI/TiO_2 composites.
