摘要 研究了β-环糊精和2-羟丙基-β-环糊精与地塞米松在水溶液中的包结行为以及增溶效果。结果表明β-环糊精及具有不同取代度的2-羟丙基-β-环糊精对地塞米松都表现出一定的增溶能力,而且2-羟丙基-β-环糊精对地塞米松的增溶效果要大于β-环糊精。对于2-羟丙基-β-环糊精与地塞米松的增溶能力随取代度的不同以及反应介质中的NaOH质量分数变化而变化,当NaOH质量分数为0.5%1、.5%和30%时,所生成的2-羟丙基-β-环糊精对地塞米松增溶能力随着取代度增大而增大;当NaOH质量分数为3%时,生成的2-羟丙基-β-环糊精对地塞米松的增溶能力随着取代度的增大而减小,这一结果可能与2-羟丙基-β-环糊精中被取代羟基的位置有关。同时,还利用共溶剂法制备了β-环糊精与地塞米松的固体包结物,并对其结构进行了研究。

Abstract: The inclusion behavior and solubility improvement on dexamethasone of 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and β-cyclodextrin in aqueous solution were discussed.Experimental results showed that 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin with different substitute degree were all able to increase the solubility of dexamethasone,2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin had stronger ability than β-cyclodextrin.The solubilization effect of 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin which was prepared in 0.5%,1.5% and 30% NaOH solution increased with the increasing of substitute degree of 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin,but the solubilization effect of 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin which was prepared in 3% NaOH solution decreased with the increasing of substitute degree of 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin,and this might have some relation with the different substitute position of 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.At the same time,the solid inclusion complex of dexamethasone with β-cyclodextrin was prepared through cosolvent method,and the structure of the solid inclusion complex was studied.
