Abstract�� Diosgenin plays an important role in world medicine field.With the traditional acid hydrolysis extraction method,the production rate of diosgenin is low,and the pollution to environment is heavy.Based on the new extraction process of diosgenin,a green production process,which is green enzyme hydrolysis,was proposed.The effects of enzyme amount,reaction time,temperature,pH,solvent oil,on the yield were discussed.The green production technology of enzyme hydrolysis can control pollution,conserve the resources,and improve the production rate.
