富氢中CO选择氧化CuO-CeO_2催化剂性能的研究

摘要 用质量分数为20%的草酸溶液沸煮处理80~100目的堇青石载体,考察了酸处理时间对载体失重率、机械强度和比表面积的影响。采用等体积浸渍法在处理后的载体上负载CuO-CeO2活性组分制得催化剂,利用色谱流动反应法进行了活性测试,测试结果表明,用草酸处理2h的堇青石载体上负载质量分数为15%CuO-CeO2制得的催化剂对CO氧化保持较高的活性和选择性。

Abstract: Cordierite granule with higher surface has been obtained by boiled in oxalic acid.The effect of treatment time on the carrier loss,the mechanical intensity and the surface area was analyzed.CuO-CeO_2 was coated on the cordierite carrier by soaking.Gas chromatography was used to test the catalytic property of CuO-CeO_2/cord catalyst.Results showed when 15%(weight ratio)CuO-CeO_2 was coated on the cordierite,treated 2 h in oxalic acid,the CuO-CeO_2/cord catalyst exhibited a better catalytic activity and selectivity for CO selective oxidation in H_2-rich streams.
