摘要 研制了一种应用于硼吸附的苯乙烯系离子交换纤维,该离子交换纤维是采用市售聚丙烯纤维接枝苯乙烯的复合纤维产品为骨架,通过氯甲基化,然后导入N-甲基葡萄糖胺基进行氨化反应,从而得到具有硼选择性吸附的离子交换纤维。这种选择性离子交换纤维不受大量共存盐类的影响,能只对硼酸选择捕捉,同时具有较高的比表面积,可代替颗粒状离子交换树脂用于硼的吸附,因此具有很高的实用价值。

Abstract: A new kind of styrene ion-exchange fiber was developed for boron adsorption.The ion-ex-change fiber was produced from commercially available polypropylene grafted styrene fiber as the back-bone,through the chlorine methylation and amination reaction of amino-based glucose.The new products performed high selectivity for boron absorption under the condition when there were a large number of co-existing salts.The samples have large surface area and can be used instead of granulated ion-exchange resin for adsorption of boron,which is proposed to have very high practical value.
