摘要 通过CSGC-PRV方程计算得到哌啶胺和哌啶醇的饱和蒸汽压数据并拟合出安托尼常数,采用COSMO-SAC方法计算哌啶胺-哌啶醇体系中各组分的活度系数,通过泡点计算得到哌啶胺-哌啶醇二元体系汽液平衡关系。根据计算结果,进行了哌啶胺间歇精馏提纯试验,获得了纯度大于99.00%(质量分数)的哌啶胺。

Abstract: The saturated vapor pressures of 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidine and 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxypiperidine were predicted by CSGC-PRV equation,and the Antoine equations for the two components were correlated.The activity coefficients of the components in the binary mixture of 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidine and 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxypiperidine were calculatedby COSMO-SAC method.The Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium(VLE) data of the binary system were obtained by bubble point calculation.Based on the calculation results,4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperi-dine was purified by batch distillation from the binary mixture,and the purity of the obtained product was greater than 99.00%.
