摘要 采用自制吹脱装置,对通辽市通顺碳素厂恩德炉粉煤制气工艺产生的1 716.2 mg/L的高浓度氨氮废水进行了研究,考察了温度、pH值、曝气量和吹脱时间对试验的影响。确定了适宜条件为温度25℃、pH为11、曝气量1 m3/h、吹脱时间150 min,该条件下出水的氨氮脱除率可达99.52%,氨氮浓度为8.28 mg/L,达到污水综合排放标准GB 8978-1996中一级排放标准。

Abstract: 1 716.2 mg/L high concentrations of ammonianitrogen wastewater from Ende coal gasification process of Tongliao Tongshun carbon factory was treated by homemade air stripping device.The influence of temperature, pH, throughput and air blowing off time were investigated. The experimental results show that the optimal conditions are: the temperature 25 ℃, pH 11,  throughput 1 m3/h, reaction time 150 min. In that condition, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of water can be 99.52%,concentration of ammonia nitrogen is 8.28 mg/L, which meet the integrated emission standard of discharge wastewater GB 8978-1996.
