摘要 采用等温溶解平衡法研究了三元体系NH4H2PO4-NH4Cl-H2O在303.15、323.15、333.15和343.15 K下的固液相平衡关系。通过湿渣法与X射线衍射法相结合鉴定了平衡固相组成,绘制了该三元体系在不同温度下的平衡相图。结果表明:该体系在各温度下的相图中都包含1个共饱和点,2条单变量曲线,3个结晶区。采用Pitzer-Harvie-Weare模型对实验数据关联计算,计算值与实验值的平均相对偏差(RAD)和均方根差(RMSD)最大分别为3.18和0.98,实验值与计算值吻合。实验结果可为该体系的共结晶研究提供必要的热力学数据。

Abstract: The solid-liquid equilibrium of the ternary system NH4H2PO4-NH4Cl-H2O at 303.15, 323.15, 333.15, 343.15 K was studied by isothermal solution equilibrium method. The equilibrium solid composition was identified by the combination of wet slag method and X-ray diffraction method, and the equilibrium phase diagrams of the ternary system at different temperatures were drawn. The results show that there is a co-saturation point, two univariate curves and three crystallization regions in the phase diagram of the system at various temperatures. The Pitzer-Harvie-Weare model was used to correlate the experimental data. The relative average deviation (RAD) and root mean square deviation (RMSD) between the calculated and experimental values were 3.18 and 0.98, respectively. The experimental results can provide necessary thermodynamic data for the study of co-crystallization of the system.
