摘要 针对我国近年来迅速发展的煤制天然气产业,从煤气化工艺技术方案选择入手,结合下游配套的变换、气体净化和甲烷化工序对全流程物料平衡进行简化计算,分析了气化技术对合成天然气生产的影响,并对LURGI和BGL两种主要的移动床加压气化技术进行对比和探讨。对比了不同技术路线的投资及经济运行效益,移动床工艺更具经济技术优势。

Abstract: In recent years, China's coal-based natural gas(SNG) industry has developed rapidly. This paper started from the selection of coal gasification technology, combining with the water gas shift, gas purification and methanation process. The material balance of the whole process was calculated by simplified method, the influence of gasification technology on the production of synthetic natural gas was analyzed, and two main moving bed gasification technology (LURGI and BGL) was compared and discussed. The investment and economic operation benefits of different technical routes was compared, which indicates that moving bed gasification technology has more economic and technological advantages than the other two process.
